Some services you want from one particular specialist. You can pick them directly on the booking screen.

Choosing the specialist

Once you have chosen the service, the team members who perform it are listed. No preference assigns whoever is free at that hour and usually opens up far more slots.

How availability is worked out

The calendar combines the person's working hours, their existing appointments and their time off. That is why every slot shown under a specialist is genuinely bookable.

If the specialist changes

If the person you chose becomes unavailable, we contact you: you can continue with another specialist, move the appointment, or cancel it.

A tip

If you work with one particular specialist, book early — their popular hours are the first to go.
