Deposits for Reservations

Some reservations ask for a small deposit. The point is not to charge more; it is to make sure the slot that was held actually gets used.

Why a deposit is asked for

A no-show closes that hour to another customer who wanted it. The deposit shares that risk and keeps slots from being wasted.

How it is paid

The deposit is taken by credit or debit card while the reservation is created. The amount is stated plainly in the reservation summary and in your confirmation email.

Does it come off the total?

Yes. A deposit is not an extra charge; it is deducted from the price and you pay the remainder at the time of service.

Refund terms

  • Cancelled within the free window: the deposit is refunded in full.
  • Cancelled after it: the rate stated in the terms may be deducted.
  • No-show: the deposit may not be refunded.
